These terms set out the conditions for using Everyone's One Page: Hero Edition (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
The App is for reading a manga series that moves forward one page a day. The next page's development is decided by readers' votes: of the three posts that arrive each day, the one with the most votes wins. When votes are tied, or when no votes are cast, the winner is decided by lottery.
The post cards and the manga are created by generative AI. The App has no way to write text.
"Everyone's Series" is a single series shared by all users. If you start reading partway through, you join partway through, and the earlier pages can be read from "Pages so far." When a story ends, its final page is shown that day, and a new series starts the next day.
Reading and voting on "Everyone's Series" are free.
The paid plan (Pro) is an auto-renewing subscription at 320 yen per month (tax included; in other countries and regions, the price shown in the App Store). With Pro, you can generate one page of your own series every day, and no ads are shown. If you continue your own series for free, you can draw one page a day for the first three days, and then up to one page every 7 days.
Payment is made through Apple's App Store. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time from the subscription management screen in the iOS Settings app. If you cancel partway through a period, you can keep using Pro until the end of that period, but there are no prorated refunds. Whether a refund is possible follows Apple's rules.
When using the App, the following are prohibited:
The manga shown in the App is created by generative AI. You are free to enjoy it personally and to post it on social media using the App's share feature.
However, please do not sell generated images or text, publish them in paid media, or distribute them with the App's attribution removed.
The App is run by an individual, and its content may be changed, or its service suspended or ended, without notice due to server costs and other circumstances. If the service is ended, we will announce it in the App in advance where possible.
Content generated in the App is created automatically, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or usefulness, or that the story will take any particular turn or ending.
We do not guarantee that the series will be updated every day without fail, or that the App will continue to be provided for any particular period.
Stories and images stored on your device are lost if you delete the App, reset your device, or change devices. They cannot be recovered.
We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the operator.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's place of residence.
We may change these terms as needed. The updated terms will be posted on this page. If there is any difference between this English version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
